By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using Mifrose Property ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered buyers/renters, property owners, and verified agents.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Nigerian law to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Agents and property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listings they publish, including price, location, availability, and property condition. Mifrose Property does not own, inspect, or guarantee any property listed on the Platform.
Certain features such as agent subscriptions, featured placements, or listing quotas require payment, processed through our payment partner, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as described at checkout.
As part of agent onboarding, we may verify your identity using National Identification Number (NIN) checks through our verification partner, and other reasonable means. This helps reduce fraud and fake listings on the Platform.
You consent to this verification process when you apply for an agent account, and you confirm that the identity information you submit is accurate.

The Mifrose Property name, logo, design, and platform code are the property of Mifrose Property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. Listing photos and descriptions remain the property of the uploading agent/owner, who grants us a license to display them on the Platform.
Mifrose Property is a marketplace connecting buyers/renters with agents and property owners. We do not act as an estate agent, broker, or party to any transaction between users. We make reasonable efforts to verify agents, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every listing or the conduct of every user.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mifrose Property shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes with agents, property owners, or other users, or losses arising from a transaction conducted off-platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
