When you register as an agent, we may collect and verify your NIN through our verification partner, Dojah, solely to confirm your identity and reduce fraud on the Platform. Payment details you submit for subscriptions are processed directly by Paystack under their own security standards; Mifrose Property does not store your card number or bank credentials on our servers.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., transaction records).
