Every listing on Mifrose has been physically inspected by our team or a verified partner. Look for the green shield badge — it means the address, photos, and price have all been confirmed on-site.
Visit our agent pricing page to choose a plan, then submit your NIESV membership number and a valid government ID. Our team verifies credentials within 2–3 business days.
Yes — property owners can post directly using our self-list feature. Listings go through the same inspection process before going live, which typically takes 5–7 business days.
Use the "Report" button on any listing page, or fill in the form above and select "Report a listing." We investigate all reports within 24 hours and remove flagged listings immediately pending review.
Not yet — we're focused on building the most complete verified property database in Nigeria first. Diaspora buyers looking for Nigerian property are very welcome on the platform.
Mifrose doesn't take a cut of commissions — that's between you and your client. We charge agents a flat monthly subscription to maintain their verified profile and listings.
